Each
year, the Narragansett Bay Commission conducts a special judging at the RI
State Science Fair, and honors students whose clean water projects show
excellence in scientific inquiry. Winners receive U.S. Savings Bonds, and
receive a special recognition at an NBC Board of Commissioners meeting.
