Payment Options

Pay in Person

Pay at any Citizens Bank branch in the state of Rhode Island, using cash, debit or credit card, or check. Payments may also be made at the administrative offices of NBC, located at 1 Service Road, Providence, RI.  NBC's administrative offices are open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. There is also a drop-box available outside the offices where payment can be made at any time.

Pay by Mail

Pay by mail, using a check or money order made out to the Narragansett Bay Commission. Please write your account number on the check. Payment can be made using the envelope provided with the invoice, which is addressed to a box number. Payment may also be directly remitted to the Narragansett Bay Commission, 1 Service Road, Providence, RI, 02905.

Pay by Phone

Use your VISA or Mastercard to pay by phone. Call 401-461-8828 between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay by Automated Clearing House (ACH)

ACH payments are automatically taken out of your checking account on a monthly basis, on the due date of the bill. If you wish to pay using this method, click on the link below to download the ACH Application, and send the completed form to Narragansett Bay Commission at the address listed under Pay by Mail. You will need to send a void check for routing and account number information. Also please be sure to indicate what month we may start the automatic payments, and remember to sign your application.
